Our revolutionary design creates a sense of flow within each unit that seamlessly links the open plan kitchen dining area, living area and patio or balcony area. Creating a sense of openness that you wouldn’t find in another complex of this kind. You’ll have the space for 2 standard size appliances and the designated fridge location allows ample space for large refrigerators, whilst your bedrooms have built-in-cupboards with plenty of storage space.
SAFE & SECURE
Your safety is our priority and we have multiple measures in place to ensure your life at Kyalami Creek is a peaceful one. Electric fenced walls surround the entire complex and the entrance and exit gates are managed by 24 hour on-site security guards assisted by a direct feed CCTV security camera system. Access is managed by biometric finger print scanners and radio frequency tags. Our intercom system calls through to our resident’s mobile telephones via security to request allow, or decline access to visitors.
ELECTRICITY & WATER
At Kyalami Creek, each unit operates with prepaid electricity metres and water is managed and billed by Impact Meter Services every month.
MAINTAINED GARDENS
Our lush and beautiful gardens are maintained and manicured weekly.
Regrettably, no pets will be allowed at Kyalami Creek.
FIBRE READY
All units come with complimentary unlimited 10mbps WiFi fibre services, which can be upgraded via our service provider.
DSTV
All our units are DSTV ready with the necessary outlets already installed and available for plug and play. This means there is no need for satellite dishes.
